Zesty Kitchen started with a simple love for food, creativity, and the heart of the home — the kitchen.
Over time, that idea evolved into a mission to care for wood, create meaningful products, share knowledge, and one day, bring people together around great Filipino food.
This is our story.
1. HOW IT ALL BEGAN
Zesty Kitchen began as an idea for a recipe and food blog — a space to share flavorful recipes, kitchen creativity, and the joy of cooking.
At the time, we had no plans for wood care products, woodworking, or a restaurant. We simply wanted a name that captured food, creativity, and the kitchen experience.
2. THE PATH THAT MADE SENSE
Opening a restaurant first would have been the riskiest path. Instead, we built a foundation.
Wood care products gave us a way to build a brand, generate revenue, develop systems, learn marketing, and grow an audience before taking on the much larger challenge of opening a restaurant.
What seemed like a detour may have been the best path forward.
