Refund Policy


At Zesty Kitchen, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident ordering from us.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at recipes@zestykitchen.com.

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Refunds or replacements may be offered if:
• your order arrives damaged
• you receive the wrong item
• your order is lost in transit
• there is a quality issue with the product

Because of the nature of our products, we may not require a return before issuing a replacement or refund.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:
• your order number
• a brief description of the issue
• photos, if applicable

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund after it is approved.

Zesty Kitchen does not guarantee refunds for misuse, improper storage, or improper application of products.
